Key Facts Sheet

The Key Facts Sheet is a simple document containing all pertinent information about the Bank’s home loan products i.e. applicable interest rate, fees payable, repayments applicable on a monthly and yearly basis etc.

The Key Facts Sheet aims to allow consumers to easily compare lending products from different lenders using a standard template. You will now be able to simply compare the costs and features of different homes loans with one easy to read standard document.

Under the amendments made to the National Consumer Credit Protection Act in 2011, the Australian Federal Government has made it compulsory for all lenders to provide prospective borrowers this one-page Key Facts Sheet.
